Oxygen's jump rope class is a must for those who want to burn lots of calories in a short amount of time!  On top of that, Ellen works with us to make sure we have the jump rope moves down.  This class is a great option for anyone!

Danny thank you for adding more yoga classes!  I did restorative yoga twice this week and both classes were great.  They were a nice change from power yoga.  The classes have really good energy and are an incredible workout.  She is such an awesome teacher and I really appreciate how she takes time with us. Your whole staff is great. Spin continues to be one of my favorite classes.  I definitely feel pressure from her to always give her class my best.  Jay is awesome to, he is extremely knowledgeable and is a great representation of the lifestyle that Oxygen promotes.  Your desk staff is great as well they are always extremely friendly and personable.  Oxygen is so chill, laid back and not intimidating like other gyms.  I just feel like I can go there and focus completely on working out.  Working out at Oxygen is definitely what I look forward to most everyday.  Thanks for having such a great gym and staff!
